Refund policy
Refund and Chargeback Policy for the Sale of Virtual Goods
1. Virtual Goods (such as Game Accounts, In-game Currency and Skins) are classified as digital content and are therefore excluded from the general right of withdrawal due to their nature. All transactions involving Virtual Goods—exchanges, sales, or purchases—are final and non-revocable.
2. Users may request a refund for Virtual Goods (Game Accounts) within 48 hours of purchase if the Service Provider has not delivered the account credentials for the purchased account. Refund requests can be made through the Discord or live chat.
3. The User agrees to take responsibility for the payment provider fee in the event of a refund request.
4. The Service Provider will process the refund within 7 business days following the request.
5. In cases outside of the defined refund policy, the Service Provider reserves the right to approve full or partial refunds at its exclusive discretion.
6. In such cases, the User will assume responsibility for the payment provider fee.
7. Refunds in these situations will be processed within 7 business days of the request.
8. Users acknowledge that initiating a chargeback after the delivery of a Virtual Good may result in the outstanding amount being sent to a debt collection agency, with additional fees associated with debt collection or unforeseen costs payable by the User.
